The Pioneer Cemetery Association will host its 29th annual Memorial Day observance on Monday, May 28th.  The keynote speaker will be Don Shields, a historical reenactor renowned for his portrayal of Arizona's first governor, George W. P. Hunt.  Patrick Grady, author of the recently-published book "Out of the Ruins: Pioneer Life in Frontier Phoenix, Arizona Territory 1867-1881", will be the guest speaker.

When and where:  9 AM at 1317 West Jefferson in Phoenix.

Additional parking for guests is available at nearby Wesley Bolin Plaza and the Arizona State Department of Education on the west side of 14th Avenue.
