Can you help? The PCA needs volunteers to serve as:

  • Cemetery tour leaders
  • Smurthwaite House hosts
  • Researchers for newspaper obituaries published before 1914
  • Researchers to update the Maricopa County Cemetery list with cemetery names and contact information for those cemeteries more than 50 years old
  • Transcribers to read Greenwood Cemetery grave markers for burials taking place before 1906
  • Transcribers to record epitaphs in the P&MMP cemeteries or others of your choice
  • Researchers to comb Maricopa County records for deeds to undertakers Bradley, Mohn, Randal and Smith
  • Researchers to search City of Phoenix records for cemetery survey maps made circa 1935
  • Artistically-inclined volunteers to make event fliers
  • People willing to 'Adopt a Pioneer' and research their lives
  • Any cemetery-related ideas of your own
